A list of our accommodated general interest tours for 2008. Note that all tours operate on minimum numbers and deposits on all accommodated tours are $250 per person unless specified on the detailed brochures.
Birding in North West NSW 2008 - Accommodated Join us for a 9 day fully accommodated tour to North-West NSW and Western Queensland. We travel via Dubbo and Bourke to Coomeroo Station, a private property on the Maranoa waterhole. We also visit Currawinya National Park, which has wetlands, lakes and rivers which contrast sharply with the rocky ranges and semi-arid SW Queensland. We have a BBQ dinner beside the waterhole at Bowra Station watching the birds come in for a drink. Lightning Ridge beckons for a soak in the hot springs before arriving at Camp Cypress, Baradine for birding. We stay at a selection of three-star hotels, lodge-style at Baradine and farmstay near Bourke.

15 Day Kangaroo Island & Flinders Ranges 2008 A popular tour with our unique accommodation at historic Lighthouse Cottages on Kangaroo Island, we spend time exploring the island, with three full nights on the island. We visit Flinders Chase NP, the island’s protected northern bays and beaches. We visit Cape du Couedic and see colonies of New Zealand Fur Seals, visit Remarkable Rocks and see Seal Bay, where there is a permanent colony of Australian Sea Lions. We also spend time at Mt Gambier’s mysterious Blue Lake, The Great Ocean Road and the beautiful Wilsons Promontory.
